Can you hear what people are saying, see patterns in that and turn that into insights and action to go build products to market?

Are you able to describe the customer experience from their perspective? About what they are trying to achieve in their life and what progress they are really trying to make?

The Re-Wired Group will be running the next workshop series that can help you to leverage the framework of Jobs to be Done (JTBD) to discover why and how people decide to use products, services and processes.

A deep dive into Jobs to be Done Interviews

If you have some knowledge of Jobs and regularly conduct customer interviews, this workshop series is for you.

Take part and you’ll learn how to:

  • refine your JTBD skills to uncover demand and translate it into insights and actions for your product, marketing, sales, and strategy.
  • better design ways to connect with people because you’ll know why people choose particular products.
  • practice interviewing and learn the basics of analyzing the customer data you collect in order to make important business decisions.

Why register for this interview-centric JTBD workshop series:

Who’s it for?

This workshop series is for those with some knowledge of Jobs to Be Done. You may have acquired this through practice, projects, reading or self-study.

Those who regularly conduct customer interviews will benefit most from this interview-centric course. It doesn’t matter if you are a founder, executive, marketer, engineer, product manager or something else entirely, as long as you want to improve your customer interviewing skills.

What will you cover?

You’ll review the basic frameworks and theory of Jobs to Be Done. This is not a theoretical lecture class, however.

You’ll be challenged to practice interviewing and will learn the basics of analyzing the customer data you collect in order to make important business decisions.

Who is the instructor?

Bob Moesta – co-architect of the Jobs to be Done theory.

Bob developed the Jobs to be Done theory in the mid-90s, along with Harvard Business School Professor, Clayton Christensen. He continues to develop, advance and apply the innovation framework to everyday business challenges.

Bob will be supported by Peter Muir who’ll help facilitate these sessions.

When does it start?

The class, delivered via online live classes, will be in July. Watch this space.
