A new workshop series from Bob Moesta and Peter Muir for those looking to build on their Jobs to be Done interviewing skills.
Can you hear what people are saying, see patterns in that and turn that into insights and action to go build products to market?
Are you able to describe the customer experience from their perspective? About what they are trying to achieve in their life and what progress they are really trying to make?
The Re-Wired Group is running a new workshop series that can help you to leverage the framework of Jobs to be Done (JTBD) to discover why and how people decide to use products, services and processes.
