Hire your next job using the Jobs to be Done theory.
A coaching program for those looking for a new job that’ll help you frame your priorities and prepare you to look at options. We are currently accepting applications for the latest cohort of this program.
Until recently, job seekers focused mainly on what organizations would hire them to do when they considered a career move.
As they read through job descriptions, made inquiries through network connections, polished their résumés, submitted applications, and prepared for interviews, they poured effort into packaging themselves as the best possible fit for the specified job.
In the process, it was easy to lose sight of the critical job that they should hire employers to do for them: to help them make progress in their lives and careers.
The last two years have changed that. Many of us are now thinking differently about how we spend our time and the work we do.
